Error 108 in iGO Navigation application

This article explains what to do if you see the message “An unexpected error occurred: error 108” while trying to restore your purchased content in the iGO Navigation application.
The steps below apply to both Android and iOS devices.
2. What causes error 108
This error usually appears when:
- You are trying to restore previously purchased content
- The application cannot verify your purchase history
- The store account used on the device does not match the original purchase account
- The application has incomplete or outdated data after installation
Restoring purchases requires a clean installation and a short trial activation, which refreshes your entitlements.
3. How to resolve error 108
Follow the steps below based on your device type.
3.1 Remove and reinstall the application
- Delete the iGO Navigation application from your device.
- Reinstall it directly from the Google Play Store or App Store.
- Important: search for the app manually. Do not use your download history.
3.2 Confirm the correct store account
- On Android: sign in with the same Google account that you used for the original purchase.
- On iOS: sign in with the same Apple ID used on your previous device.
If the account is different, restoration will not work.
3.3 Activate the trial
- Open iGO Navigation.
- Go to the Shop
- Select any item marked as a trial.
- Tap FREE (or the equivalent button on Android).
- You do not need to download the item.
This step simply activates your trial so the system can refresh your purchase history.
3.4 Restore your purchases
- Go to Shop.
- Select Purchased items.
- Tap the arrow in the bottom right corner.
- Choose Restore purchases.
Your previously purchased content should now be available.
