1. Requirements for corporate status
To become a corporate customer, you must:
- be a registered business entity
- be located within the European Union
- have a valid EU VAT ID number
- submit accurate company information for validation
Once your data is submitted, validation may take a few days. Until validation is completed, all purchases will include VAT.
2. How to apply on Naviextras.com
To apply for corporate status directly on Naviextras.com, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account at https://www.naviextras.com.
- Go to the Invoice data section.
- Select the checkbox I am a corporate customer.
- Enter your company information and your valid EU VAT ID number.
- Scroll down and click Update profile to submit your request.
Processing your request may take several days. During this time, VAT will still be applied to purchases.
3. How to apply using Toolbox 3
If you are using a device that updates through Toolbox 3, you can also request corporate status there.
- Connect your device and log in to your account.
- Go to Home → Profile → Invoice data.
- Select I am a corporate customer.
- Enter the required company details.
- Click Update profile to save your changes.
A validation process will begin automatically. Purchases will include VAT until the request is approved.
4. How to apply using Toolbox 4
If you are using Toolbox 4, follow the steps below:
- Connect your device and log in.
- Open the three‑line menu icon.
- Select Settings.
- Go to My account → Invoice address.
- Click Edit.
- Enable the option I am a corporate user.
- Enter your company name, address, and valid EU VAT ID.
Each time you make changes on this screen, a new validation process will run. Please ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
