How can I change my invoice?

This article explains how and when invoice data can be updated during the purchase process. Invoice information can be changed before the order is completed, but it cannot be modified afterwards.

1. Before you make a purchase

You can update your invoice details before placing your order. This ensures that the invoice created during the transaction contains the correct information.

To update your invoice details:

  1. Go to the relevant section on the website.
  2. Enter the correct invoice information.
  3. Continue with your purchase.

2. After you have made a purchase

Once the order has been completed, the invoice information cannot be changed.
This follows the Terms and Conditions of the purchase agreement, which do not allow any modifications to invoice data after a transaction is finalised.

If your purchase is already completed, we are unable to adjust:

  • billing address
  • tax information
  • company name
  • VAT number
  • any other invoice-related data

This rule is in place to maintain the accuracy and integrity of transaction records.

If your purchase is already completed, we unfortunately cannot update your invoice information.
