How to check which operating systems are compatible with the Naviextras Toolbox

The Naviextras Toolbox is available in two versions: Toolbox 3 and Toolbox 4. Both support Windows, but only Toolbox 4 supports macOS. The version you need depends on your navigation system.

Supported operating systems:

  • Windows: Versions currently supported by Microsoft.

Toolbox 3 is not compatible with macOS or Windows Server operating systems.

Toolbox 4

Supported operating systems:

  • Windows: Versions currently supported by Microsoft.
  • macOS: Versions currently supported by Apple.

Windows Server operating systems are not supported.

Which Toolbox version should I use?

The Toolbox version you need depends on your navigation system's brand and model.

You cannot choose between Toolbox 3 and Toolbox 4 based only on your computer's operating system. You must use the version compatible with your navigation system.
