How to delete your Naviextras profile

If you no longer wish to use your Naviextras profile, you can delete it at any time. Follow the steps below to remove your account from our system.

1. Delete your profile through the Naviextras website

  1. Log in to your Naviextras profile.
  2. Move your cursor over your profile area and select User profile.
  3. On the next page, look for the option delete my user account in the top right corner.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete your profile.

Once confirmed, your user account will be removed from our system.


2. Request deletion through customer support

If you prefer, you can also ask our support team to delete your:

  • Naviextras user account
  • Any personal data associated with your profile (in accordance with applicable data protection regulations)

Simply contact our support team and let us know you would like your account and personal data to be removed. We will process the request and notify you once it is completed.


3. Creating a new account later

If you decide to return in the future, you can create a new Naviextras profile at any time.
You may even use the same email address you had previously used, as deleted profiles do not block email address reuse.
