How to find and download your Naviextras invoice

If you recently made a purchase through the Naviextras Toolbox, Content Manager, or on the Naviextras website, you can view and download your invoice by following the steps below.

1. Using the Naviextras Toolbox or Content Manager

Log in to your account

Open the Naviextras Toolbox or Content Manager application and sign in with your account details.

 

Find your purchase history

Toolbox 3 / Content Manager

  1. Open the application.
  2. Look at the right‑hand side of the screen.
  3. Select Transaction history.
  4. Locate your purchase in the list.

Toolbox 4 and newer versions

  1. Open the application and sign in.
  2. Go to the left‑hand side menu.
  3. Follow this path:
    Settings → My account → History → My purchases
  4. Select the purchase you need.
  5. Choose Show invoiceDownload invoice.

 

Download your invoice

After selecting the transaction, choose the option to download your invoice and save it to your computer.

 

2. Using the Naviextras website (if you have an account)

Log in

  1. Visit com.
  2. Sign in using your account credentials.

Go to your Update history

  1. Navigate to Cart & history.
  2. Select Update history.
  3. You will see a list of your previous purchases with options to download the corresponding invoices.

 

3. Check your email

A copy of the invoice is always sent automatically to your registered email address right after your purchase.

If you cannot find it:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Search your mailbox for “Naviextras” or “invoice”

 

 

4. Still cannot find your invoice?

If you are unable to locate your invoice in the Toolbox, on the website or in your email:

Please contact our customer support team, and we will retrieve and send the invoice to you.
