How to redeem a voucher code

If you have received a Naviextras voucher code, you can use it to receive a discount on eligible map updates or other navigation content. Voucher codes can only be used once and may have specific conditions depending on the offer.

1. Check the voucher code conditions

Before redeeming your code, make sure you understand which products it applies to.

Depending on the offer, your voucher code may have restrictions regarding:

  • Where it can be used: On the Naviextras website, in the Naviextras Toolbox, or both.
  • Eligible content: Certain map updates, 3D packages, speed camera databases, or other navigation content.
  • Navigation system and region: Some codes are only valid for specific systems or regions.

Most voucher codes can be redeemed both on the website and in the Toolbox, unless stated otherwise in the offer.

2. Redeem a voucher code in Toolbox 3

  1. Open the Naviextras Toolbox 3 and connect your navigation system.
  2. Select the content you want to purchase.
  3. Add the selected content to your Cart.
  4. Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Click I have a code.
  6. Enter your voucher code.
  7. Click Redeem.

If the code is valid for your selected content, the discount will be applied before you complete your purchase.

3. Redeem a voucher code in Toolbox 4

  1. Connect your navigation system, SD card, or USB drive to your computer, depending on your model.
  2. Open the Toolbox and log in to your account.
  3. On the main screen, select Redeem a code.
  4. Enter your voucher code.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the discount to eligible content.

4. Troubleshooting: If your voucher code is not accepted

If your voucher code does not work, check the following:

  • Make sure you have entered the code correctly, without extra spaces.
  • Check that the code is valid for the content you are purchasing.
  • Make sure the code has not already been used.
  • Check whether the code has an expiration date or other restrictions.
