How to redeem your voucher code

1. Before you begin: check the voucher code description

Each voucher code has its own set of conditions. Always review the description to confirm:

• Whether the code can be redeemed in the Naviextras Toolbox, on the website, or in both
  (In most cases, codes can be used in both places unless the description specifically limits them to one platform.)
• Which content types the code applies to
  (for example: single‑time map updates, 3D packages, speed cameras, or other specific content)
• Whether the code is valid for your device and region

The code will only work if your purchase meets these conditions.

2. How to redeem a voucher code in Toolbox 3

1. Open the Naviextras Toolbox 3.
2. Select the package you would like to purchase.
3. Add it to your Cart.
4. Go to the Checkout screen.
5. Click I have a code.
6. Enter your voucher code.
7. Select Redeem.

If the code is valid and applies to the selected content, the discount will be displayed before payment.

3. How to redeem a voucher code in Toolbox 4

The process is simplified in the new Toolbox version.

1. Connect your device to the computer.
2. Open Toolbox 4.
3. Log in to your account.
4. On the main screen, select Redeem a code.
5. Enter your voucher code.
6. Follow the on‑screen instructions to apply the discount to the eligible content.

4. If the voucher code is not accepted

If you encounter any issues, please send us the following information:

• A screenshot of the error message
• The voucher code you attempted to redeem
• A brief description of the steps you have already taken

We will verify the code’s validity and help you apply the discount if possible.
