Original SD card required for navigation software
Due to software copyright, the navigation program on your system will only run off the original, manufacturer-supplied SD card.
What is required for the program to function normally?
An original SD card provided by the manufacturer is required. For software security reasons, only the original, validated SD card can be used, and it is not possible to copy the contents of the original SD card onto a new one.

No. Naviextras.com provides the software and online map updates for it only, and does not produce hardware replacements. If a replacement is needed, the manufacturer should be able to assist.
