Where can I unsubscribe from Naviextras emails?
If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, product updates, or promotional emails from Naviextras, you can unsubscribe at any time. You can do this either through your Naviextras profile or directly from the emails you receive.
1. Unsubscribe through your profile on naviextras.com
If you have a user profile on naviextras.com, you can manage your email preferences in your account settings.
How to unsubscribe

Log in to your profile at naviextras.com.

Go to User profile.

Scroll to the Login data section.

Untick the checkbox next to: By ticking the box, I agree to receive newsletters according to the Privacy Policy.”

Select Update profile to save your changes.
Once saved, you will no longer receive newsletter emails.
2. Unsubscribe directly from any newsletter email
All Naviextras newsletters include a link at the bottom that allows you to unsubscribe instantly.
How to unsubscribe
- Open any newsletter you received from Naviextras.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email.
- Select the Unsubscribe link.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
After completing the steps, you will be removed from the mailing list.
3. Using brand‑specific Naviextras update sites
Some branded Naviextras‑based update sites may not offer a profile page with newsletter settings.
In these cases, the unsubscribe link in the email is the most reliable way to stop receiving messages.
